We needed the upstairs levelling before the carpets went down due to the house being so old, Damien and Dylan did a fantastic job and worked hard when they were here to get the job completed quickly and to a high standard. Amazing customer service! Would definitely recommend, Damien and his partner Lucy have been so helpful- with a pandemic going on and the carpet we wanted being out of stock everywhere! Damien provided us with so many options that would help us get the perfect look for our landing and staircase, he provided us with a sample book where we could choose exactly what we wanted. There was consistent contact, informing us when our carpet will be delivered and what slots will be available for fitting!

We had a stair carpet, hallway and 2 large bedrooms carpeted to an excellent standard and quality. Damien initially popped round to advise us as to the best options and left us with sample books to choose from in our own time, without pressure. Communication was excellent, with even a quick message after a whole day of fitting the carpet to check we were happy. Fantastic service, prices and a pleasure to deal with. We have already passed on the company details to another family member who needs some flooring, and we wouldn’t consider using anyone else now.

Done our lounge and all other downstairs rooms. Will definitely be bringing him back to do our upstairs!
